Where do you ship from?

MANOOCO ships all the items from Europe, Slovenia.

How fast do you ship?

Our regular dispatch time is 2-3 workdays after we receive the payment. Usual shipping time is 1-5 workdays across EU.

1. day: Austria, Slovenia
2. day: Germany, Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Luxembourg
3. day: Bolgaria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Netherland, Poland, Romania, UK
4. day: Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Sweden 

Do you ship internationally?

We also ship internationally, but delivery times may vary. Customs may also apply if you are not living inside European economic area (EEA).

Can I follow my package when you ship it?

Of course. We use DPD parcel delivery service for every order and you can follow every order by tracking number you receive when we process your order.
